Federal Skilled Trades Program (FSTP)
Candidates who want to become Permanent Residents under the Federal Skilled Trades Program will be considered based on the qualified skilled trade criteria. They should plan to live outside the Province of Quebec, because it has its own laws to select skilled workers.
Canadian Experience Class (CEC)
There are many requirements under Canadian Experience Class needs to be cleared by the candidates such as he / she must have 12 months of full time or an equivalent amount in part – time skilled work experience in Canada in the last three years. The authorities will consider the work experience in Canada with the proper authorization.
Provincial Nominee Program (PNP)In order to fill the skilled labour force Canada's provinces and territories can nominate people immigrate to Canada. Express Entry Profile
Candidates must submit their profile online through Express Entry
Prior to this candidates were selected on the basis of first come, first serve basis. But now the candidates were selected on ranking basis those meet the requirements federal economic immigration will be selected into the express entry pool
They will be assessed according to a skills based ranking system that looks at:

Candidates invited to apply for Permanent Residence need to produce authentic documents to the immigration authorities, there should not be any inconsistencies with information provided for express entry profile and application. If the authorities found difference with the information process of the application will be rejected and they will be barred for five years from applying for permanent resident status.

Language Proficiency Test

Quebec Investor Program
The selection process of the Quebec Immigration for Skilled Workers is aimed to demonstrate the applicants who are most likely to adapt economically established immigration policies of Quebec.
Quebec has its own set of rules and regulations to issue visa for Skilled Worker applicants who are intending to reside in the Quebec, immigration policies for the rest of the Country are completely different as compare to Quebec. Selected candidates under the Quebec Immigration laws are issued a Quebec Selection Certificate (CSQ), with this they may apply for a Canadian Permanent Resident visa.
The new immigration policies regarding the maximum number of application for a Selection Certificate will be received by the immigration ministry and the selection process for this will be in effect for the period of 1 April 2015 to 31 March 2016. How to apply to a school, college or university
Once you have chosen a place to study you will need to apply to that school, college or university. Every school has different rules on how to apply. Student Work Permit
Effective from 1 June 2014 government of Canada has initiated many policies for Overseas students, in order to help the overseas students there are many opportunities have been designed for foreign students, full time students does not require work permit and they can work up to 20 hours per week off campus work with study permit which is automatically authorised for this scheme. Candidates must be pursuing academic, vocational or professional training of six months or that reaches to a degree, diploma or certificate at a designated educational institute. After obtaining study permit students can immediately off campus rather than waiting for six months.
Students who intend to work in Canada needs to register and enroll at the designated educational institution, and they must get a Social Insurance Number (SIN) from Service Canada. There is no processing fee to apply for SIN.
Under the On-Campus work scheme students can work within the boundaries of the campus, here the employer might be the university, student organisation, or a private contractor working within the boundaries of the Campus. Overseas students who intends to participate in a co-op student or internship program must apply for a work permit as well as a study permit, the new rules have been effective from 1 June 2014. Federal Skilled Worker Express Entry
CANADA EXPRESS ENTRY
Federal Skilled Worker Express Entry –Immigrants can immigrate as a skilled worker through "Express Entry". Under express entry program, federal skilled workers across 347 eligible occupations who meet minimum express entry criteria that can submit an expression of interest profile to the Express Entry Pool.
Canadian Work Experience Class (CEC) - Canadian Experience Class of Canadian immigration is for temporary foreign workers and international students who wish to immigrate to Canada as Permanent Residents.
FEDERAL SKILLED TRADES PROGRAM
Federal Skilled Trades Program - On January 1, 2015, completing an Express Entry profile will be the first step in immigrating to Canada permanently as a skilled worker under the: Federal Skilled Worker Program, Federal Skilled Trades Program, and Canadian Experience Class. Under the Express Entry system, Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) will invite people to apply for permanent residence based on the information they enter in an online profile. You cannot apply directly to any of these programs unless CIC sends you an invitation to apply (ITA).
[EXPRESS ENTRY] FEDERAL SKILLED TRADES PROGRAM
Federal Skilled Trades Program, you must:
1. plan to live outside the province of Quebec
2. have at least two years of full-time work experience
3.meet all job requirements
[EXPRESS ENTRY] CANADIAN EXPERIENCE CLASS
Canadian Experience Class As of May 1, 2014, there is an overall cap of 8,000 for new Canadian Experience Class (CEC) applications. There are also sub-caps of 200 for each National Occupational Classification B applications. These are the last applications CIC will accept under the current system before the launch of Express Entry in January 2015.
CANADA QUEBEC SKILLED WORKER PROGRAM
For Quebec Skilled Worker / Professional applicants who decide to reside and work in Quebec, they will be selected based upon a different set of criteria. Applicants who are successful under the Quebec Immigration selection system are issued a Quebec Selection Certificate, followed by a Canadian Permanent Resident (Immigration) Visa.
